It's like an RPG (a game like Final Fantasy) that you play online.You create your own character (chose the appearance,class,name,etc) and play with other real people who created their characters in the same world.There are NPCs like monsters that you battle and NPC people that you can buy stuff from...thebig difference is that you can also make your own portable shops for example and sell the items you receive to other players...you can also "marry" another character in that world,you can make your own guild and engage in guild wars across the mmorpg world...many different things.I played my share of MMORPGs and to tell the truth I don't like them so much anymore.Sure,you can interact with people and stuff but there isn't a story and very few ppl in mmorpgs are real "role players" most just go around,kill stuff,level up and hoard items and gold,the rpg feeling is a bit lost there...
