My first try on a pixelart geisha in photoshop - the stroke-layer-style put a little antialiasing onto the edges,but it isn't that sucky.I used some pixel-patterns by Squidfingers (forgot website) and the base-figure was done in MSpaint.

Done in approx 1 hour.
